Our department handles all the systems, repairs and ongoing tasks to keep a facility running each and every day.

We inspect, repair and manage all the indoor and outdoor maintenance needs of the entire complex. We insure building and equipment meets all safety, security and fire regulations and policies. We also performs carpentry, electrical, painting, mechanical and plumbing maintenance and repairs such as repairing furniture, constructing shelves, installing switches, replacing plugs and other basic appliance repairs, applying paint and other finishes, repairing drywall, disassembling and reassembling equipment, replacing sinks and toilets. Collects and removes garbage and recyclable materials and ensures the safe disposal of hazardous waste.

Building maintenance includes cleaning common areas, removing trash regularly, and repairing items that are broken. It can involve inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, heating and air conditioning systems, and other utility services. We handle the cleaning of a building or facility. This includes mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning bathrooms, washing windows and glass doors. We clean external areas such as entranceways, sidewalks and parking lots using manual and power brooms, rakes, shovels and other equipment to remove dirt, leaves, snow and other refuse.

HVAC service includes Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation and Air-Condition Services. Our RHVAC division consists of a team of experienced and qualified engineers and technicians certified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC). This team of skilled professionals possess a solid understanding of the environmental and industry standards compliance.
