Engineering is the work involved in designing and constructing Engines, Machining, Mechanical and Hydraulic.
MACHINING
We provide on-site machining services such as In-line boring, facing, milling, drilling and more. Anything which cannot be machined in a workshop can be dealt with just as efficiently by having equipment and manpower brought on-site. With access to portable machines, we are continuously building up our range of specially designed equipment to carry out precision and heavy-duty machining operations at any locations throughout the region.
We provide CNC turning services for companies based right throughout the Singapore. We have a large open floor CNC turning and milling facility where we offer top quality CNC turned and milled components & parts at competitive prices. We also offer manual lathe, manual milling, Gun drill, EDM, Wire cut, Grinding, Gear Cutting, assembly services, tooling, and prototype engineering services. We provide CNC turning services and CNC machining of precision components in a number of various materials, such as: mild steel, brass, copper, aluminum, plastics, titanium, stainless steel, steel alloys and duplex.

MECHANICAL
Our mechanical works includes repair, overhaul and refurbish Caterpillar, Cummins, Deutz, Detroit Diesel, Yanmar, MAN, Niigata medium and high speed diesel engines. Supply of genuine and OEM spares for engines. Repair and overhaul of Twin Disc, Nico, Hytek hydraulic clutches and transmission gears. Repair and overhaul of engine room and deck machineries, pumps, air compressors, Gear box, windlass. Workshop fabrication, reconditioning, restoration of machinery components to maker’s standard. Repairs, modification and installation of electrical equipment. Repair and rewinding of electric motors and alternators. Renewal and fabrication of engine room deck and double bottom tanks pipes and fittings.
