MARINE

In marine services we will inspect, maintain and repair marine vessels from small boats to large yachts. Will carry out replacement of defective engines & system parts, managing marine electronics systems, analyzing AC & DC electrical devices and repairing gasoline engines. We will work on vessels' hulls, engines, transmissions, navigational equipment, electrical, propulsion and refrigeration systems. Repair and install engines, navigational equipment, operating systems, pumps and steering mechanisms.

Regular inspection and testing of engines, propellers, steering as well as replacing valves and bolts. Cleaning, repairing, and maintaining all parts of the boat or vessel. Scraping away old paint, barnacles, and debris from vessels. Removing and replacing rotted or rusted sections of the vessel. Constructing replacement parts using drawings, saws, and various hand and power tools. Mixing and applying paint, wax, and gel coats. Replacing broken or worn-out engine parts and faulty hydraulic system & related parts.

Remove vessels from water, using movable lift crane or marine railway. Positions and secures blocking at bottom and sides of vessels according to size & weight using fasteners, hand tools and power tools. Removes flaked paint, barnacles, and encrusted debris from hulls of vessel, using scrapers, scrubbers, power washers, and sandblast equipment. Fabricates and installs wooden replacement parts using drawings, measuring instruments, work aids, hand tools, power tools and woodworking machines and equipment such as saws, drill press, shaper, planer and steam cabinet. Removes damaged or rotted sections from wooden or fiberglass vessels using drill, saw and hand tools. Installs and tests steering gear, sanitation and refrigeration systems, cabinetry, electrical systems and accessories, hardware, trim and related components following customer’s instructions and drawings.
